"'Lluvia al Corazón' is the first new single off 'Drama y Luz', and we normally don't pick the singles. It's up to the label to decide, but I think they did an excellent choice. It's a very upbeat song; it's a song that lyrically talks about when you're down, you have situations that are negative and you're going through hard times, there is always someone that will help you come out of that turmoil…"
The album title:
"When we were putting together the songs for this album, some of us went through personal situations in our lives, and other things turned out to be very positive. We were noticing that when these songs were coming together a lot of the songs reflect that duality of good, bad, sad, happy...Basically, that's life: Drama and Light…"
Why so long for a new album:
"The reason why it took us almost five years was because first of all our tours last very long…almost two years. Then we took off all of 2009, then we take our time to write music…and then recording took us eight months…"
On success:
"This is incredible what's happened to Maná. We've just worked as a band, and we're just very grateful to the fans that love what we do. It's like a dream come true for us, and that's why we cherish what we have…"
