He's a singer-songwriter and a film and TV actor; he is Pedro Fernández! His career began as a child, and Latin America first met him in the movie La Mochila Azul. Today, Pedro Fernández is one of the best-known and most beloved ambassadors of ranchero music. "I made the decision to record a few songs with banda for this album. It was also a test for myself to see if I was capable of working in this genre."

"The 38 albums, the 25 movies that I have completed and my fifth soap are all important accomplishments, but there is always something left to do, there is always something left to improve. Now, I'm not looking to do quantity, but to do quality, and give the audience what they are expecting from me…"
About the 30 years in the business:
"We recently celebrated 30 years in the industry, and we celebrated with a great sense of fulfillment, with lots of joy. It's easy to say 30 years, but it really has been 30 years of effort, a lot of hard work and plenty of dedication… I'm very grateful to everyone who, in one way or another, has contributed to my albums, my movies, my soaps, my concerts…"
