About The Artist

The Set List

We have been together for 10 years now and there hasn't been one member change – not even talk of a member change. We have the same goal - let’s just have fun!

Baltimore's All Time Low celebrates a decade of music with Walmart Soundcheck – live from Brooklyn. The band is back with their fifth album, ‘Don’t Panic,’ an introspective disc that's filled with the pop-punk hooks ATL fans have come to love. Check out the exclusive show here -- and go pick up a copy of ‘Don’t Panic’ online and in Walmart stores nationwide!

-The Crew at Walmart Soundcheck

On Their New Album:
Alex: “This one was really separated from anything but ourselves and our producer (Mike Green). We had just split from our former label, so we were in this position where our previous record was kind of dead in the water. The next step that became apparent very quickly was that we really needed to make a new album.”

On Fans:
Alex: “We are really fortunate in a sense that we have this grassroots following that we’ve built up over the years. Every time we put out a release the core fan base really mobilizes. Without fail, these kids show up and buy the record. It’s cool to have that and know that there are fans that devoted.” Rian: “One might call it a cult. We like to call it a fan base.”

On Coming Home To Baltimore:
Alex: “We’re constantly traveling around the world – over 300 days a year. How rewarding it feels after spending that long away from home, how rewarding it feels to come home and find that familiarity and fall in love with the city again. We came up as a band there, and we’re here now because of that.”

On The Power Of Playing Live:
Rian: “You don’t know when you’re making the record how it’s going to translate. You’re so deep into it and you’re so just surrounded by the record process that you can’t look from an outside perspective and go, ‘Oh, fans are gonna love this song.’ You have an idea but you don’t know until you start playing it live.”

On Celebrating A Decade:
“We have been together for 10 years now and there hasn't been one member change – not even talk of a member change! We have the same goal - let’s just have fun! Let’s make music and take that part seriously, but let’s have fun while we’re doing it.”

Did You Know?

• They’re a four-piece pop-punk band from Baltimore, Maryland. All Time Low is Alex Gaskarth (lead vocals, guitar), Jack Barakat (lead guitar), Zachary Merrick (bass), and drummer Rian Dawson.

• They formed when they were just in high school. The band formed in 2003 while still students at a Baltimore high school. Their breakthrough album, ‘So Wrong, It’s Right,’ was released in 2007.

• Their name comes from a New Found Glory song. All Time Low's name was taken from a line in the New Found Glory track, ‘Head On Collision.’ The band toured with New Found Glory during the 2012 Warped Tour.

• Their new album is called ‘Don’t Panic.’ The band’s fifth studio album was produced by Mike Green, who also produced tunes on their last effort, ‘Dirty Work.’ The album's lead single, 'For Baltimore,' pays homage to the band's hometown.

• ‘Don’t Panic’ is in stores now! Pick up a copy of the record online and in Walmart stores nationwide.
The Reckless And The Brave
Lead singer Alex Gaskarth has called the opening tune to 'Don't Panic' “a gift from the stars." With references to suburbia and smalltown survival, 'Reckless' contains some of the band's strongest lyrics: "Long live the reckless and the brave / I don't think I want to be saved / My song has not been sung / So long live us."

For Baltimore
Alex: “’For Baltimore’ is an ode to where we grew up and the city that made this band what it is. It wraps a few things in to one. It's about that genuine love that comes from not only being in love with a person but also with your hometown. We’re here now because of that.”

Somewhere In Neverland
Alex: “We knew there was something special about it. When the record came out it was validated. The reaction was super genuine, and people reacted very quickly and vocally.”

Jack: “It’s about growing up and having to get real jobs and everything, which a lot of our fans can deal with because they’re all starting to go to college. It reminds fans of our older stuff. It’s a mix of our older stuff and our newer stuff together.”

Weightless
“Maybe it’s not my weekend / But it’s gonna be my year,’ sings Alex on ‘Weightless,’ the lead single from the band’s 2009 album, ‘Nothing Personal.’ Bold and autobiographical,’ ‘Weightless’ isn’t afraid to get dark: “If I could just find the time / Then I would never let another day go by / I’m over getting old…”

Dear Maria, Count Me In
All Time Low’s breakthrough 2008 single tells a twisted tale about the American Dream. Closing today's Soundcheck, Alex sings: “I can see your name in lights / We can make you a star / Girl, we’ll take the world by storm / It isn’t that hard.”
