On His World 2.0:
“What I wanted to express was just what’s in my world, what goes on.”
On Bringing The Edge:
“We wanted to have it be a little bit edgier and have it appeal to a wider audience.”
On Ludacris:
“I loved working with Ludacris. He’s a really cool guy! I got to collaborate with him and share ideas; it was great.”
On His Favorite Song:
“It's called ‘Up,’ and it’s on [the new] album. I love the song, it's one of my favorites. I like the idea of how [being] in a relationship, you can only go up from there. I really like the beat and everything. I just like that song!”
On Connecting With Fans:
“I love to interact with my fans. It’s one of my favorite things to do other than perform. They want to know weird things like when I’m getting up and brushing my teeth!”
On AC/DC:
“I listen to all sorts of music like AC/DC to Led Zeppelin to Tupac. Crazy things that you wouldn’t think I would listen to. Right now I’m listening to a lot of Trey Songz. I like him a lot.”
On Loving The Limelight:
“I never knew this was what I wanted to do, but I like to be the center of attention. I started off playing drums when I was, like, two. I always liked to sing. I was one of those shower singers!”
