-The Crew at Walmart Soundcheck
On Performing:
Ariana Grande: “This is our first time performing in front of our audience as a cast!”
On Touring:
Victoria: “Honestly, I think we would all love to do a tour together. We had so much fun today. Anything’s possible!”
Avan Jogia: “Hey, if it works for Glee!”
On Working With Dr. Luke:
Victoria: “Working with Dr. Luke is really cool. He’s obviously really talented and has so many hit songs.”
On Truth Vs. Fiction:
Victoria: “The show’s kinda based on my real life a little bit. When I first moved out to L.A. from Hollywood, Florida, I was enrolled in a performing arts middle school. I had singing and dancing and acting every day for three hours. It was a really cool experience!”
Daniella Monet: “We really make school inviting and fun and colorful, and everyone’s having a great time! That’s kinda what it should be like, right?!”
On Advice To Beginners:
Victoria: “Take improv classes. If you’re shy and not completely comfortable, it completely opens you up. You have to get rid of all that. It’s fun and it keeps you quick on your feet, and I think it’s definitely a great skill to have.”
Matt Bennett: “Do community theatre!”
Ariana Grande: “It’s about doing what you feel passionate about. Doing what you love and not having anyone judge you for it.”
Elizabeth Gillies: “There’s no judgment at Hollywood Arts. We all accept each other; we’re all crazy kooky characters. We all love each other, and we’re all friends for a reason.”

Make It Shine
Teen star Victoria Justice hits the stage with three choice words: “What’s up everyone?!” The Walmart Soundcheck crowd roars their approval accordingly as Tori Vega launches into the popular ‘Victorious’ theme song. Sings Victoria: “If you live in your imagination / Tomorrow you’ll be everybody’s fascination…”
Freak The Freak Out
It’s time to dance… and Victoria coaxes the Walmart Soundcheck crowd to get up on their feet: “I wanna see all you guys freak the freak out with me!” ‘Freak The Freak Out’ may be an angst-ridden breakup tune, but it's made for the dance floor. Sings Miss Justice: “I’m so sick of it / Your attention deficit / You never listen / You never reason!”
Song 2 You
“We’re gonna slow it down a little bit!” Victoria introduces her talented friend (and co-star), the amazing Leon Thomas III. Together, the duo perform an acoustic version of ‘Song 2 You,’ a touching ballad about love over money. Sings Leon: “I may not be a star / I’m not driving the sickest car / But I know I can make you happy baby.”
Best Friend’s Brother
The night’s biggest applause is reserved for ‘Best Friend’s Brother,’ an edgier rocker about a secret crush. ‘Best Friend’s Brother’ (or ‘BFB’) is featured on the ‘Victorious’ soundtrack, and packs a thumping beat – one that brings the crowd to their feet. Sings Victoria: “My best friend’s brother is the one for me / A punk rock drummer and he’s six foot three!”
I Want You Back
Bring on the kids from Hollywood Arts! The talented cast of ‘Victorious’ takes to the stage to perform an American classic: ‘I Want You Back,' originally performed by The Jackson 5. Plus, Victoria’s breaking a secret. Promises the teen star: “This next one’s a classic. You can see it in our upcoming ‘Victorious’ special!”
